New Products Alert: Valentia Skin Detoxifying Clay Mask and Eternal Youth Exfoliating ScrubFebruary 18, 2016 We know how important it is to take care of our skin. Yet, I can be a bit lazy about it sometimes. I am trying to improve on that and am delighted with Valentia's product line for help. I first tried Valentia a couple of years ago with their Even Glow Vitamin C Serum and loved how it improved my skin. I then had the opportunity to try their Rosehip Oil, which hydrates the skin and works wonders on fine lines and wrinkles.  A natural kaolin clay and botanical based mask that gently removes excess dirt and oil while deeply cleansing and exfoliating the skin to reveal softer, smoother skin. Ingredients Include: Kaolin Clay: Clay minerals draw impurities, improve skin tone, and tighten pores for smoother firmer skin. Plant Stem Cells: Naturally decreases the level of pro-aging toxins and works to soothe the skin, reduce redness, and improve evenness. Spirulina: A botanical stimulant full of vitamins that hydrates the skins surface and contributes to tissue regeneration of the skin. CoQ10: Lessens the appearance of wrinkles by reducing free radical damage and stimulating health collagen production. Hibiscus & Cranberry Fibers: Both lend their anti-aging properties to firm and reinforce the skin, helping to reduce the creation of new wrinkles. DIRECTIONS: Use 1-2 times per week depending on your skin type. Apply generously to face avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 15-20 minutes or until mask dries. Use a damp cloth and warm water, using a circular motion to remove the mask. I have only tried the mask once so far, it was easy to apply and easy to remove with warm water. It took me a moment or two to get used to the tingling feeling, but I am delighted with the results.  A refreshing scrub with green and white teas partnered with a trio of tropical butters. Packed with polyphenols and potent antioxidants that provide anti-inflammatory, anti-irritant, and anti-aging effects. Ingredients Include: Aloe Vera: This nutrient rich botanical moisturizes the skin and fights aging by improving skin firmness. Jojoba Beads: Gentle beads that work to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells without scratching the skin. Olive, Avocado & Kukui Butter: This nutrient dense trio is rich in Vitamin A, B, D, and E and helps to nourish, hydrate, and repair the skin while combating pro-aging free radicals. DIRECTIONS: Apply a small amount with fingertips or cloth in a circular motion to face. Rinse off with warm water. I have used this product only a couple of times, yet I noticed a difference to the feel of my skin after only one application. Both the Valentia Skin Detoxifying Clay Mask and Eternal Youth Exfoliating Scrub do a great job of drawing out impurities while cleansing and hydrating the skin.
