Many people dream of owning their own home one day, but it can seem far fetched for some. There is so much to know about the process and many are easily put off! Phil shares tried experiences from his students as well as experiences he had himself that allowed him to go from being homeless to a homeowner of many homes. He relied heavily on the generosity of other people, who kindly mentored him and offered sound advice, of which he shares in his new book entitled How To Be a Real Estate Investor.

How To Be A Real Estate Investor is a general overview and great guide to the real estate business. Phil shares the different types of investment options including wholesale, foreclosures, short-sales, and traditional real estate as well as ideas for creative financing. He shares his background and how he started his real estate investments and how he took any obstacle that came his way as a learning experience. If real estate is something you want to look into doing for a business, I would suggest starting with this informative book. He explains all aspects involved and how to do it from the very start, with little or no money. A great book to begin with for your start as a real estate investor!
