HOW TO WASH:
Wet hands with water
Apply enough soap to cover all hand surfaces
Rub hands palm to palm, right palm over left, interlacing fingers and left palm over right, including thumbs
Rinse hands with water and dry thoroughly
WHEN TO WASH:
Always wash before, during, and after preparing and eating food
Always wash after blowing your nose, after coughing, and/or after sneezing
Always wash after caring for someone who is sick
Always wash after using the toilet or changing a diaper
Always wash after touching an animal or animal waste
Always wash after touching surfaces in public that may be touched by others
Always wash before and after caring for a wound
Always wash after taking out the trash or picking up garbage
Always wash before inserting or removing contact lenses
Always wash before touching your eyes, nose, or mouth
Wet hands with running water before applying How to Wash soap and try to wash for at least 20 - 30 seconds and encourage your children to do the same!
