Ringtons Benerages

Tea is huge in our house. First thing in the morning, the kettle goes on for a cup of tea, and then again for a cup of tea with breakfast. If anyone comes over, the kettle goes on, if you’re having a snack, the kettle goes on, if you are not feeling well, the kettle goes on. From a bad day to a good day, from morning till night, this huge staple can be found in our household, so I was having some fun browsing Ringtons Beverages’ online catalogue full of all sorts of teas.

Ringtons Beverages is the wholesale and UK supplier division of Ringtons Ltd. Ringtons Ltd, established in 1907, is still a family owned business today. They started out as a door to door delivery service selling tea to the North East of England. Currently, Ringtons Beverages supplies quality tea and coffee products to cafes, restaurants, hotels and workplaces, they also sell commercial equipment and provide barista training. They offer these fine products online to English households as well, including their famous tea and coffee, you can also buy hot chocolate, and accompaniments like biscuits, chocolates, cream, sugar, and toppings, even teapots and cups and saucers. Everything you could need to get ready for a get together with friends or a party for one.

Research shows that tea has many benefits. The leaves contain chemicals called polyphenols, which give tea its antioxidant properties. Polyphenols in tea have been known to help prevent blood clotting, lower cholesterol levels, neutralize enzymes that aid in the growth of tumors, deactivate cancer promoters, and stimulate the immune system. Tea also has fluoride for strong teeth, and contains virtually no calories, no wonder it is the second most widely consumed beverage in the world, exceeded only by the most necessary of all liquids - water.

To sum it up, by drinking 2-4 cups a day of tea, you can reap in the numerous curative and preventive benefits of tea. Shall I put the kettle on?

"If you are cold, tea will warm you. If you are too heated, it will cool you. If you are depressed, it will cheer you. If you are excited, it will calm you." ~Gladstone, 1865
