It is a complete spa treatment in a bag. The smell alone is therapeutic, refreshing and very inviting with ingredients like avocado oil, tea tree oil, and spearmint oil to name a few. I have been enjoying these products for over a week now and my skin feels so smooth, so soft and so very happy and a little bit goes a very long way! (And not always needed daily.)
